Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that is performed on the feet. Our therapists use special manipulations with varying degrees of pressure to provide both physical and emotional benefits. It is based on the principle that the 'Reflex Zones' on the feet are intrinsically linked to corresponding parts of the body, via energy pathways. When pressure is applied it stimulates the energy along these pathways. Reflexology has many benefits including restoring the body's natural energy balance, detoxifying the body, increasing circulation and stimulating the nervous system.
Reflexology lasts 1 hour.
Pure essential oils, tailored to your specific needs, will be used to relax and calm you to a blissful state. Alternatively you can ask our therapist to tailor your massage to leave you feeling uplifted and invigorated. Our therapists will target your pressure points to release tension. The treatment also encourages lymphatic drainage, which removes toxins from the body and helps boost your ability to fight viruses.
This aromatherapy massage session will take 1 hour.
You can also have the same treatment as above but with a face and scalp massage to feel totally rejuvenated and toxin free.
This session will take 1.5 hours.
A combination of Swedish Massages, Aromatherapy and Reflexology is used to create a totally bespoke treatment for an individual clients needs. This is also a good way to experience all the holistic treatments we offer if you are unsure which will suit, and benefit, you most.

An Indian head massage can help relax, soothe and invigorate. Our therapists will use their hands to knead, rub and squeeze the muscles around the upper back, shoulders, face and scalp. This treatment can help insomnia, migraines, stiff neck and shoulders as well as headaches. It can also stimulate hair growth, ease tension and improve your skins condition
Indian head massage lasts 30 mins.
A safe and gentle way to remove and draw out impurities from within the ear. Good for sinus pressure and tinitis issues. 45 minutes includes scalp massage.
